We have a FREE 90 DAY RETURN POLICY. Buy with confidence because we stand by our products! Please contact us within 90 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. We will even cover the return shipping expense.Please contact our customer support team at support@dealgenius.com with your order number prior to returning any item(s), as a Return Authorization Number is required for all exchanges and returns.
How fast do you ship and will I receive tracking information?
Buy today, and we'll ship tomorrow! We only sell what we have in our warehouse so there's no delays. We ship within 1 business day, and you will typically receive your item in about a week or two at most. Orders are processed, packed and shipped from our Chicago, IL facility. Once your item has left our warehouse, you will be emailed tracking information. You can also log into your account at dealgenius.com to view your order history complete with tracking details.
I missed yesterday's item, can I still get one?
Sometimes. If we have additional quantity in stock it may be available for sale in our 2nd chance category in the near future. Check back daily but it's best to be on our email list so you get a few more days to buy assuming we have any left. Otherwise, check out our email archive. Prices may change after the daily deal ends.
How do we know the quantity available of a particular item?
