Does Deal Genius sell wholesale or to other retailers?

Absolutely! You can sign up to become tax exempt by first registering a customer account with us. Afterward, with the same email used to register, please email your resale certificate or tax-exempt certificate along with your tax id number or employer identification number (if not displayed on the certificate) to wholesale@dealgenius.com with the subject line "Wholesale Application for Deal Genius". Once we've reviewed your documentation, we'll add you to our wholesale customer group, so every time you shop, you'll be tax-exempt.

If you're submitting an order today, please complete your transaction and cite your order number in the email. Once your documentation has been verified we will refund any taxes paid. 

Do you have special prices for wholesale customers?
Our everyday prices are already low, plus we've got coupons just for bulk orders. Discounts do not apply to sales tax or shipping. You must enter the coupon code during checkout to receive the discount.

Can I buy from you wholesale and resell online?
Generally, no.  Wholesale purchases are intended primarily for selling in Brick and Mortar and certain brands must adhere to MAP pricing. Prior to purchasing, you must be approved by Deal Genius in writing to be an authorized reseller to sell on any online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Wish, or eBay. If you do not have prior authorization to sell on these marketplaces, and list any products purchased form Deal Genius you will likely be removed by us as well as have your account reported to those marketplaces. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Amazon Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 

 

What shipping options are offered?
Deal Genius offers economy shipping for wholesale orders to the contiguous United States with free shipping!  We will often need to speak with you first to confirm larger orders. Most wholesale orders ship within 2 business days, however, larger orders may take up to 5 days. Please allow a total of 7 to 14 days from when your order is placed to when it’s received.  

 

Do you accept returns?
Wholesale returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you may be responsible for shipping fees. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at support@dealgenius.com
